Communication Assistant - Asistente/a de Comunicación

Job Description:

Importante organización ubicada en Bilbao precisa incorporar a su plantilla una persona para trabajar como Asistente/a de Comunicación, realizando funciones de soporte al equipo de campañas y publicaciones.

Se trata de una posición temporal desde principios de Diciembre hasta Junio 2026.

DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK / TASKS
Main functions and duties (under the supervision of the team manager and the head of unit and in close coordination with team members):
- Contribution to the creation and design process of the linguistic versions of the 2025 EU-OSHA core campaign publications.
- Monitoring of the design, layout, and production of campaign core publications with contractors.
- Contribute to the adaptation of publications (leaflet, guide, flyer) in 24 EU languages with contractors and stakeholders in 30 countries.
- Administrative tasks related to the production process of the above-mentioned publications: elaboration of briefings, follow up on price offer requests, and filing.

Requisitos
ESSENTIAL:
- Very good knowledge and experience in working with InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.
- At least 1 year of experience in monitoring the production of multilingual publications and audio-visual products
- Proven experience in dealing with contractors in the field of design, layout and production
- Proven experience in dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Ability to work efficiently under time pressure
- Service oriented attitude
- Problem solving skills with a practical, hands-on approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- English at B2 level.

ASSETS:
Previous experience in working within the EU institutions, agencies or bodies in similar tasks.

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND:
Post-secondary education;
Experience of at least one year in monitoring the production of multilingual publications and audio-visual products.

¿Qué ofrecemos?
You will have a temporary contract of 6 months duration
You will earn a salary of 21,43 euros gross / hour
You will work from Monday to Friday in split shift hours
