To strengthen our Environment and Regulatory Affairs team within the Perfume Division based in Neuchâtel, we are recruiting a:
Perfume Sustainability & Due Dilligence
The ideal candidate should be a highly motivated and technically proficient Sustainability Engineer to drive our sustainability initiatives, with a particular focus on regulatory compliance, due diligence and packaging. The successful candidate will possess a thorough understanding of current and emerging sustainability regulations, in-depth knowledge of due diligence principles, and the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable strategies. Knowledge or practical experience in packaging engineering would be an advantage.
Holder of a Bachelor's degree or higher in Sustainability, Environmental Sciences, Engineering, or a related field, you bring solid experience and expertise in sustainability and regulatory compliance. Passionate about sustainable development, you have a strong understanding of the evolving regulatory landscape and are able to translate complex requirements into practical and actionable solutions. You are comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results within ambitious timelines. Recognized for your proactive mindset, attention to detail, and structured approach, you demonstrate excellent organizational and project management skills. You are able to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and drive sustainability initiatives across the organization while ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements. Fluent in both French and English, you possess strong communication skills that enable you to engage with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. Knowledge of additional languages would be considered an asset
