Your mission

Pierre Fabre Pharma SA est une filiale des Laboratoires Pierre Fabre, groupe international reconnu parmi les leaders dans les domaines de la pharmacie, de la dermo-cosmétique et de la dermatologie. Notre site industriel de Palézieux (VD) est spécialisé dans la fabrication d'un principe actif entrant dans la composition d'un médicament destiné au traitement de l'ostéoporose.

Afin de renforcer notre équipe de production, nous recherchons un(e) : Opérateur(trice) de fabrication pharmaceutique (CDI - Entrée en fonction : 1er août 2026)

Votre mission :

Au sein du département Production, vous participez aux différentes étapes de fabrication et de conditionnement de notre principe actif pharmaceutique.

À ce titre, vous serez notamment chargé(e) de :

Réaliser les opérations de fabrication et de conditionnement dans le respect des procédures en vigueur
*
Assurer la gestion et l'approvisionnement des matières premières
*
Appliquer rigoureusement les Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication (BPF)
*
Identifier, analyser et remonter les anomalies ou dysfonctionnements rencontrés
*
Effectuer les réglages des équipements et assurer la maintenance de premier niveau
*
Renseigner avec précision la documentation de production
*
Contribuer à l'amélioration continue de la sécurité, de la qualité et de la performance des installations

Who you are ?

Votre profil :
*
CFC d'opérateur(trice) de machines ou formation équivalente dans un domaine technique, industriel ou agroalimentaire
*
Expérience dans l'industrie pharmaceutique, chimique ou agroalimentaire
*
Personne autonome, rigoureuse et flexible au niveau des horaires
*
Bonne maîtrise du français à l'oral comme à l'écrit
*
Permis de cariste, un atout
*
Esprit d'équipe et sens des responsabilités
*
À l'aise avec les outils informatiques courants
*
Sensibilité aux exigences qualité, sécurité et bonnes pratiques de fabrication (BPF)
