* Assist the Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie
* Ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen station
* Ensure proper handling and cleaning of machines, equipment, and kitchen utensils
* Adhere to hygiene regulations
* Perform all preparatory and follow-up tasks for optimal kitchen operations, including cleaning the workstation after every service

* Completed professional training as a chef
* Passion for fine cuisine
* Enthusiasm for luxury hospitality and the commitment to achieve excellence in all areas
* Excellent English skills as the company language
* Additional knowledge of German and/or French is an advantage; any further language skills are considered a plus
* Enjoy working in a dynamic and demanding environment
