Dein IMPACT & Deine Mission:
* Führung und Weiterentwicklung der operativen Logistik (Wareneingang, interne Logistik und Spedition)
* Organisation und Steuerung der täglichen in den Bereichen Wareneingang, internen Logistik, Kommissionierung und Versand
* Verantwortung sowie Weiterentwicklung der Sicherheits-, Qualitäts- und Logistikstandards
* Einsatz- und Ressourcenplanung entsprechend den betrieblichen Anforderungen
* Analyse von Kennzahlen sowie Identifikation und Umsetzung von Prozessoptimierungen zur Steigerung von Effizienz und Produktivität
* Durchführung von Mitarbeiterbeurteilungen sowie Organisation von Schulungen
* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen zur Sicherstellung effizienter Abläufe

Dein Mindset:
* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik, Lagerwirtschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Lagerlogistik sowie erste Führungserfahrung
* Gute Kenntnisse moderner Lager- und Logistikprozesse
* Ausgeprägte Organisations- und Problemlösungskompetenz
* Hands-on-Mentalität, Teamfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsstärke
* Fliessende Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse

For this Switzerland based position, the minimum of the pay is CHF 108'400 (Total Target Cash) per year. This pay includes base pay and short-term incentives or sales incentives. The compensation for this position applies to candidates with full-time contracts located within the Switzerland. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.
