The Compensation & Performance Management (CPM) team is a key part of the broader Reward & Performance Management (RPM) function. Acting as the primary interface to our internal clients, CPM collaborates closely with HR and other specialist teams to provide expert advice on all performance-related matters.
You will join a dynamic, international team of experts, working with best-in-class tools and systems. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the evolution of our performance management landscape, with a strong focus on client advisory, analytics, and technology-driven solutions
YOUR CHALLENGE
* Manage a broad range of performance management topics and day-to-day activities
* Support the execution of annual and cyclical performance management processes
* Act as a trusted advisor and sparring partner for HR stakeholders and business leaders
* Contribute to projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing performance frameworks, tools, and processes
* Help design, implement, and optimize new solutions within the performance management landscape
* Bring forward ideas to continuously improve processes, tools, and user experience
YOUR PROFILE
Personal & Social
* Resilient and able to perform effectively under pressure
* Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented
* Confident communicator with strong problem-solving abilities
* Collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Professional & Technical
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master's preferred)
* Proven experience in performance management and/or project management
* Good understanding of the financial services or banking industry
* Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
* Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
* Knowledge of Workday is an advantage
* Fluent in English and German
