Job Description:

As a Host / Hostess, you will be an ambassador of the Brand, ensuring that every client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton promise. You will welcome our clients in a smiley and warm manner and make sure you provide them with the help they need : provide beverage service to customers in the waiting line and in the shop, create a first contact with them and encourage small talks to discover their needs, guide them through the products catalog while waiting to be attended by a Client Advisor. You will support the store team with various tasks in store depending on the traffic.

Key Requirements Customer service drive with excellent communication and active listening skills. Must be fluent in English, other languages are a plus. Strong enthusiasm to learn, with a passion for Louis Vuitton products and services and fashion. Adaptable and a fast learner with client centric mentality. Possess a professional attitude with a mindset of curiosity and empathy. Prior work experience in retail, hospitality, aviation or service-related industry would be a plus. Must be able to work retail shift hours including weekends & public holiday
