Summary:
We're looking for a Junior HR Business Partner to join our team in Ukraine during a maternity leave period (2 years). This role plays an important part in supporting our people and leaders across a wide range of HR topics - from recruitment and employee relations to talent development and performance processes.
This role reports to the HR Manager, Ukraine, and partnering with colleagues across the business.

Responsibilities:
* Provide day-to-day and strategic HR support to our teams.
* Be a trusted partner for employees and managers on all people-related questions.
* Lead recruitment for our Manufacturing and support functions.
* Coordinate key annual HR cycles - merit, performance reviews, and succession planning - together with leaders and our Talent Partner.
* Support smooth operational processes: payroll topics, onboarding, offboarding, and other important employee lifecycle events.
* Ensure all HR and military service documentation meets local legal requirements.
* Lead day-to-day benefits operations, including administration, vendor management, and issue resolution.
* Create HR reports, analyses, and presentations to support decision-making.

Experience you will bring:
* A Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
* At least 2 years of HR experience.
* Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
* Fluent Ukrainian; English - intermediate.
* Confident use of MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
