We're looking for an experienced engineering professional to represent Kanadevia Inova on site during the warranty phase of energy-from-waste facilities projects. The role focuses on managing defects, coordinating repairs, and ensuring reliable plant performance in line with company and client expectations.
*This permanent staff position is offered on a fixed term contract from January 2026 until June 2027.
**Please note that Kanadevia Inova cannot offer visa sponsorship for this position. Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the on-site representative for Kanadevia Inova, managing warranty and defect resolution activities.
* Coordinate contractors, specialists, and client personnel to restore or maintain plant operation.
* Analyse root causes of defects, implement corrective actions, and minimise warranty costs and risks.
* Support claims and cost recovery from subcontractors and partners.
* Maintain accurate operational records and provide clear, timely reporting to stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with all HSE requirements and contribute to lessons learned

Candidate Requirements:

* Proven track record in plant operation, construction, or commissioning.
* Strong technical problem-solving and organisational skills.
* Confident communicator with proven ability to engage clients and partners effectively.
* Fluent in English (written and spoken).
* Self-motivated, ethical, and proactive team player
