Salary from £55,200 with up to 15% annual bonus and healthcare

Purpose
Undertaking risk management activities, including Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA) and reporting on infrastructure Programmes and Projects, you will report to the Risk Management Lead, providing updates on the implementation of best practice risk management standards and continuous improvement across Programmes and Projects.
Providing line management duties to Risk Analysts, you will manage Risk Analysts performance and their development.
Responsibilities
Supporting the Risk Management Lead to implement Risk Management standards and ways of working across the Programmes, you will undertake line management duties for Risk Analysts and any other resource under your responsibility.
Overseeing daily operations and managing team performance, you will set goals for Risk Analysts, providing feedback and supporting employee development, handling administrative tasks and ensuring alignment with team objectives. Working with Programme and Project teams to ensure that risks are material to their respective critical objectives, you will lead projects when undertaking QRAs (QSRA/QCRA), integrating results into planning and cost forecasts.
Utilising QRA outputs, generating data in support of defining risk contingencies and schedules, you will work with Planning and Cost teams to ensure risk is considered within their respective baselines, providing insights to risk registers, explaining risk related data and offering advice on the risk management process to Project and Programme teams.
Applying Programme and Project risk management dashboards to present key risk KPIs used to inform critical decisions, you will use data held within risk registers to highlight common threats, opportunities and mitigations, reporting these to the Risk Management Lead.
Supporting Projects to onboard contractors and third parties into the Risk Management tool as required, you will be responsible for Contractor risk reporting used to provide Projects and Programmes with insights into Contractor risk management performance.
You will also assist the Risk Management Lead to ensure that Programme or Projects can meet external OFGEM requirements.
What you'll bring
With an Awareness of risk management within NEC3/NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract (ECC) frameworks, ideally in large-scale Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) projects, you will possess experience with IT systems including MS Office Suite and advanced risk management software (e.g ARM, Nodes & Links, Safran Risk, Primavera Risk Analysis or equivalent).
Experienced in supporting the delivery of risk management within large and complex infrastructure projects, you will possess good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
Degree qualified in a relevant field (Business, Finance, Risk Management, Engineering or Project Management) or possessing equivalent qualifications (MoR or PMI-RMP) with industry experience, you will demonstrable your ability to work independently and collaboratively with project and programme teams.
