You will be responsible for managing and maintaining the training and competence records relating to Sentinel and IRSE for Siemens Mobility. Schedule track training based on Sentinel & IRSE requirements, ad-hoc requests for projects and regions, waiting lists or from expiring records.

You'll make an impact by ….

* Working alongside business partners at Intertrain to manage expiring track safety competences and schedule training where necessary
* Maintain up to date records on our training system (OneLMS ) for all upcoming events and attendance records for previous events related to Sentinel
* Maintaining competence records
* Administrating IRSE documentation
* Handling sentinel management the day to day management including, managing sponsorship, desponsorship, integreity checks, upload sentinel breaches, manage queries
* Scheduling medicals based on requests from on-boarding, ad-hoc business requests for new sponsors and expiries, managing risk assessments, RISQ requirements for D&A (Random and period)
* Updating the BMS procedures
* Preparing and maintaining all data / records for audits
* Handling senior stakeholder engagement
* Producing monthly business update pack
