The Coordinator, People Support and Executive Compensation is a key member of the Compensation, Mobility, and People Support team within the People Division. This role is responsible for providing administrative, organizational, and reporting support to both the People Support and Executive Compensation functions. Additionally, the Coordinator supports leadership with calendar management, meeting coordination, project planning, and the preparation of presentations and related materials.
What you'll do
* Provides administrative support for Executive Compensation and People Support leadership teams, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, expense management and coordinating events
* Assists in the preparation of Compensation Committee meetings including materials, binders, and proof-reading
* Maintains Compensation policies and procedures documentation, forms, and templates
* Assists in delivery of team member communications
* Prepares and audits various bi-weekly recurring Compensation reports
* Provides meticulous review of documents and external material
* Supports new team member onboarding and People recognition programs and events
* Collaborates with external vendors on respective data inquiries and reports
* Manages teams' timekeeping and provides payroll support
* Completes ad-hoc projects, as required
* Performs other duties, as required
All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience
* Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience/training
* 2+ years of experience in an administrative or support role
Preferred Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience
* Experience in a related field, such as human resources or executive compensation
* Knowledge of company policies and legal requirements related to confidentiality and security
* Experience working with external vendors and partners
* Certification in a related field, such as HR or compensation
Skills, Licenses, and Certifications
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
