Job Description:

The Early Career Specialist plays a pivotal role in shaping the experience and development of entry-level talent across the organization, focused on student-based programs and new college graduates. This role partners closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs), functional leaders, and rotational program stakeholders to ensure a structured, impactful, and engaging early career journey. The ideal candidate is passionate about talent development, program design, and cross-functional collaboration. This position is hybrid/in-person, based at the Stellantis Headquarters and Technology Center in Auburn Hills, MI, requiring 3-5 days onsite per week, depending on business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Program Management & Oversight

* Lead and manage the lifecycle of entry-level talent programs, including onboarding, development, and offboarding.

* Provide structure and governance for functional rotational programs and student-based programs across the organization.

* Collaborate with HRBPs and functional leaders to align program goals with business needs and maintain tracking and reporting.

* Identify and support recruiting event opportunities, including travel to events as needed.

* Leadership Development

* Design and implement leadership development opportunities tailored to early career professionals.

* Facilitate workshops, mentorship programs, and networking events to enhance leadership capabilities of early career professionals.

* Marketing & Branding

* Support functional rotational programs in marketing their initiatives internally and externally.

* Partner with Talent Marketing & Employer Branding team to promote program success stories and attract top talent.

* Performance & Metrics

* Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program effectiveness and impact across all University Relations and Early Career programs.

* Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.

* 5 + years of experience in HR with an emphasis on talent development and/or as a business partner.

* Consultative approach to solving issues and partnering with stakeholders

* Strong project management and organizational skills.

* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

* Familiarity with rotational program design and execution.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

* Ability to travel nationally,

Preferred Qualifications:

* Data-driven mindset with experience in creating and analyzing KPIs and performing other relevant data analysis through Excel, Power BI, etc.

* Passion for developing early career talent and fostering inclusive growth opportunities.

* Experience working in a matrixed or cross-functional environment is a plus.

* Collaborative mindset and ability to influence across levels
