OneHome requiring a senior technical leader responsible for guiding architectural direction, establishing technology standards, and driving strategic initiatives. You will provide guidance on complex technical questions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure understanding between technology solutions and business objectives.

The Lead Technology Leadership Professional works with design engineering and test team to drive products from design completion to volume production release. Performs various engineering tests to verify and validate product designs. Supports product evaluation and qualification on leading edge technology components. Ensures that production schedules are followed and product(s) meet specifications and quality requirements. Interacts with product engineering, quality, manufacturing and marketing teams to analyze and provide technical support to help resolve customers' product related problems/issues.

Specific responsibilities:
* Leading enterprise-level solution architecture and design efforts.
* Defining and maintaining IT principles, policies, and standards to ensure consistency and security across systems.
* Advising stakeholders on emerging technologies and best practices.
* Overseeing the implementation of technology strategies to support organizational goals.
* Mentoring and supporting IT teams as needed.
* Ensuring adherence to compliance and governance frameworks.

Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree
* 2 or more years of project leadership experience
* Experience with the technologies in use in the application(s) or infrastructure
* Experience with unit testing and mocking
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail.
* Ability to communicate effectively and deliver presentations to senior leaders
* Advanced experience leading special projects and producing metrics, measurements and trend reports
* Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications
* MBA or other Advanced Degree
* Demonstrated ability to run large scale, highly visible programs with responsibility for multiple project teams
* Possess a solid understanding of operations, technology, communications and processes
* Six Sigma certification
* ITIL certification

* This role will provide guidance on complex technical questions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment between technology solutions and business objectives.
* Specific responsibilities include: This role is expected to demonstrate deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills which influence decision-making and promote innovative solutions.

Work-At-Home Requirements
* WAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office. Associates or contractors who live and work from home in the state of California will be provided payment for their internet expense.
* A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25x10 (25mpbs download x 10mpbs upload) is required.
* Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role.
* A dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

Pay RangeThe compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$117,600 - $161,700 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
