Client Relationship Coordinator

Job Description:

The Client Relationship Coordinator supports an Employee Health & Benefits Producer by assisting in the support of assigned accounts. The Client Relationship Coordinator assist with implementing new business by coordinating with internal service teams.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
* Apprentice under Producer to learn their book of business, and how we serve our clients through our dedicated client service teams.
* Assist in scheduling renewal meetings and carrier/vendor communications: per the CE, CM and Producers guidance.
* Act as an extension of the producer to assist in coordinating internal/external meetings and project management.
* Support new business onboarding, including the assistance with completing the required onboarding documents, commission agreements etc. along with the guidance of the team.
* Work with the assigned client service teams to ensure the Producer is kept updated on client status, meetings and any escalated issues.
* Attend client meetings, renewal strategy sessions, and renewal analysis.
* Plan, coordinate client/prospect events and follow up. Handle contact management database
* Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Required:
* Bachelor's degree
* Arizona Accident, Health, Life and Disability Insurance License
* Strong organization, prioritization, and time-management in fast-paced settings
* Analytical with strong attention to detail and clear written/verbal communication skills
* Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRIS/benefits platforms (Workday, ADP, Paylocity, bswift, Ease) preferred
* Strong PowerPoint presentation skills for new business highly desired
* CEBS or GBA certifications are preferred
