THE JOB
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance and Administrative Analyst to support the financial management and administrative processes for ongoing projects and new business development for venues for the entertainment industry.
This role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day business functions and follow-ups, financial reporting, and efficient coordination across departments.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
* Financial Management
* Support process on accounts payable and receivable, invoices, and expense reports.
* Assist with budget preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis.
* Maintain financial records and prepare monthly reconciliations.
* Generate financial reports for management and stakeholders.
* Administrative Support
* Support vendor relationships.
* Coordinate contracts, licenses, and compliance documentation.
* Support HR functions including onboarding, maintaining personnel records, and scheduling.
* Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.
* Venue Operations Support
* Liaise with operations staff to align financial and administrative processes with event schedules.
* Track operational expenses related to events and maintenance.
* Provide logistical support for venue activities when required.
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
* 2-4 years of experience in finance or administrative coordination, preferably in hospitality, events, or venue management.
* Fluency in English and Portuguese. Spanish preferable
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
