Job Description:
AWS Professional Services (ProServe) is seeking a Field Strategy & Operations (FSO) professional for the Latin America (LATAM) business. This role partners closely with LATAM ProServe leadership to raise the bar on operational rigor through data-driven analysis, automation, and AI-powered tooling. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical, operational, and communication skills, and will support key business processes to ensure great customer experiences, high consultant productivity, and efficient execution of business strategy.
Key job responsibilities
- Support pipeline and revenue forecasting reviews for efficient sales cycle execution
- Deliver business analytics and insights that influence strategy and behavior
- Lead meeting cadences to drive short- and long-term business planning
- Contribute to operating model design and experimentation for long-term growth
- Develop mechanisms for continuous improvement through process automation and AI-powered tooling
- Simplify and streamline reporting and processes across areas
- Partner with Sales, Delivery, and Finance to scale methodologies with business needs
- Contribute to global ProServe operational excellence through best practice sharing
A day in the life
As a Field Strategy & Operations professional supporting LATAM ProServe, you will work closely with area leaders as a trusted operational partner - driving pipeline and revenue forecast reviews, leading area-level business cadences, and delivering data-driven insights that influence decisions. You will identify opportunities to simplify and scale operations through automation and AI-powered tooling, while collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Delivery, and Finance teams. Every day is anchored in operational rigor, proactive problem-solving, and contributing to ProServe's global excellence.

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
- Experience in finance, business management and sales operations
- 5+ years of finance, business management and sales operations experience
- Experience working within a high-growth, technology company
- Experience with data visualization software (e.g., AWS QuickSight or Tableau) or open-source project
