Key job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

Technical Operations
* Drive network excellence through advanced engineering, infrastructure management, and systems administration
* Maintain critical systems uptime and performance during operational hours
* Execute local technical projects from conception to completion

Problem-Solving & Process Improvement
* Conduct root cause analysis to resolve operational challenges
* Design and implement efficient IT solutions and processes
* Develop and maintain technical documentation and standard procedures

Customer Support & Collaboration
* Partner with leadership and teams to enhance IT infrastructure
* Provide expert technical support across multiple facilities
* Deliver remote assistance to distributed teams
* Travel within region to support on-site needs as required

This position combines hands-on technical expertise with strategic problem-solving to ensure seamless operations across our network of facilities. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering innovative IT solutions

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

- 1+ years of Windows Server technologies: AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM experience
- 2+ years of troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment experience
- 2+ years of networking (such as DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP) experience
- 2+ years of corporate setting Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience
- 2+ years of supporting and maintaining a corporate network environment experience
- CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware (installation), AWS, or other industry relevant certifications
- Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal
- 2+ years of computer networking experience
- Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science or equivalent
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
