Our programmatic advertising platform, the Amazon Demand Side Platform (DSP), is becoming increasingly popular with major advertisers and agencies worldwide. We believe we understand e-commerce advertising better than anybody else and want to turn it into a science of its own that all users can leverage for their programmatic advertising.
Our Amazon DSP team is looking for an experienced Programmatic Solutions Consultant to join Amazon Advertising's growing team based in Brazil. This role is dedicated to supporting a high-impact strategic media partnership, serving as the primary technical point of contact between Amazon DSP and the partner's programmatic operations team.
As a Programmatic Solutions Consultant (PSC) focused on a strategic partnership, you will manage the end-to-end technical relationship with a key media partner operating on Amazon DSP at scale. Unlike a traditional PSC managing a portfolio of individual advertisers, this role is centered on enabling a single strategic partner's technology and operations team - ensuring platform adoption, compliance with commercial agreements, and operational excellence across the partner's entire book of business. You will act as a technical escalation point for the partner's internal support layers, providing deep platform expertise, incident management, and proactive monitoring of campaign operations.
Key job responsibilities
- Own the technical relationship with the strategic partner's operations team, acting as the single point of contact for platform support and technical guidance
- Provide onboarding, training, and continuous consultation on Amazon DSP best practices and platform architecture
- Manage revenue attribution workflows and maintain accuracy of financial reporting for the partnership
- Serve as the internal voice of the partner - collaborate with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Legal teams to advocate for partner needs
- Proactively identify risks to the partnership and propose mitigation plans
- Define and improve internal processes and documentation for partnership support workflows
Requerimientos del candidato/a:
- 3+ years of digital advertising and client facing roles experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- 3+ years of client or vendor facing roles with a focus in relationship management and negotiation skills experience
- Experience aggregating and analyzing internal and external campaign metrics to assess performance drivers and identify insights
