This role is part of the Global UFS HR team and represents an exciting opportunity to lead the HR agenda for Latin America. The region is a key market for the business, offering a diverse and dynamic environment with strong growth potential.
You will lead the People Strategy across LATAM (Brazil, River Plate, Andina, Central America & Mexico), partnering closely with senior stakeholders and navigating a complex, multicultural landscape.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Leadership
* Act as a strategic partner to the Latin America leadership team
* Drive and implement the regional HR strategy aligned with business priorities
* Influence decisions on organization design, talent and culture
* Represent HR in key business discussions and planning cycles

Organizational Development & Talent
* Shape organizational structures to enable business growth
* Lead talent management, succession planning and leadership development
* Strengthen capabilities across the region, including commercial and functional skills
* Support employer branding and talent attraction efforts

Culture & Engagement
* Foster a high-performance, inclusive and growth-oriented culture
* Drive employee engagement and support leaders in building strong teams
* Champion initiatives focused on well-being, inclusion and collaboration

Transformation & Change
* Support business transformation and change initiatives across LATAM
* Enable teams to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Improve ways of working, governance and decision-making

Team Leadership
* Lead and develop a diverse HR team across the region
* Work closely with the broader HR ecosystem (HRBPs, Talent, Expertise teams)
* Ensure delivery of an integrated end-to-end people agenda

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Strong experience in HR, including Business Partnering roles
* Proven background in HR strategy, organizational development, talent management and change management
* Experience supporting business transformation in dynamic environments
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
* Solid understanding of the HR lifecycle
* Experience in LATAM markets is a plus
* Advanced English, Portuguese and Spanish
