Accountabilities & related Activities
* Manage end-to-end payroll operations for our Brazilian employees, including data entry, calculations, and processing of payroll in compliance with local laws and regulations.
* Ensure accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing, including wage calculations, bonuses, commissions, and deductions, while adhering to company policies and procedures.
* Provide local payroll input to configure MyHR based on local requirements.
* Stay updated on changes in Brazilian labor laws, tax regulations, social security contributions, and other payroll-related legislation to ensure compliance and implement necessary updates in payroll processes.
* Collaborate with HR, Finance, and the GBS epartments to ensure accurate employee data, smooth integration of systems, and effective resolution of payroll-related issues.
* Eventually Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, tax withholdings, and deductions, providing exceptional customer service and resolving concerns promptly.
* Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure data integrity, identifying and rectifying discrepancies or errors promptly.
* Generate payroll reports, including tax reports, benefits reports, and other relevant analytics, to support management decision-making and regulatory compliance.
* Participate in the implementation of payroll system enhancements and process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in payroll operations.
* Maintain strict confidentiality and security of payroll data, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and internal policies.

Education
Bachelor degree in Human Resources management or equivalent Business school degree.
