Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and analytical Workforce Management (WFM) Specialist to support our operations through accurate forecasting, capacity planning, and performance analysis. In this role, you will help ensure that the business is staffed with the right number of skilled professionals at the right time. You will work closely with internal teams, monitor operational performance, and turn data into actionable insights that support informed decision-making.
Main Responsibilities
* Support workforce forecasting and capacity planning activities to meet operational and business needs
* Analyze staffing requirements and forecast future demand based on business trends and performance data
* Apply workforce management strategies to ensure optimal coverage and productivity
* Monitor queues and operational flow, proactively allocating tasks to maintain service levels
* Track, analyze, and report key organizational and operational metrics
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver accurate and timely reports and insights
Job Qualifications
* Minimum 1 year of experience in Workforce Management or a similar role
* Good Excel skills and confidence working with data and reports
* Very good level of English, both written and spoken
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy
* Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
