We have been working also in the area are related to the treatment of infantile hemangiomas and oncology.
Your mission
* Lead, motivate, manage and provide follow-up for a team on the field in order to increase sales for the respective brands
* Ensure the objectives are achieved by the team in accordance with the company strategy
* Support and supervise the team activities
* Responsible for execution of balanced and effective sales routes, respecting ABC analyses and future potential
* As a representative of Middle Management, act as an interface between the field and head office
* Recognize business opportunities based on the customer need and company strategy
* Follow up on major accounts and other specific customers
* Responsible for the development of long term, sustainable partnership with Major Clients and key Decision Makers.
Who you are ?
* Master's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration
* Sales experience (at least three to five years)
* Analytical skills, problem solving skills, risk management
* Ability to lead and develop a team
* Persuasion skills
