Job Description
* Offrir une expérience clientèle en faisant preuve de diligence et de courtoisie.
* Aider à l'équilibrage du tiroir-caisse. Transférer la clientèle aux employés de la banque en mesure de lui donner les conseils voulus ou de résoudre ses problèmes.
* Préparer des règlements et des lots d'opérations quotidiens efficaces.
* Repérer les occasions de donner des conseils sur des produits sans frais à la clientèle en fonction des besoins cernés.
