Responsibilities

The Opportunity

This Role is responsible of Chile Promotional agenda, being part of the pricing strategy of every channel.
The main objective of this role is to ensure sustainable Net Revenue Growth, balancing market share growth in a complex and competitive environment while balancing profitability and profitable growth.

This responsibility includes control and manages of the promotional budget, supporting commercial activities on every sales channel, this means the evaluation and optimization of every activity through a TPO process, working with every KAM, Sales Manager and Finance department.

Your Impact

* Define/update promo budget, strategy & guidelines.
* Leads and coordinate the TPO process working with Sales team to control and optimize the promotional budget. Gaining share without harming profitability
* Owner and manager of tools to improve, record and predict future promotions, such as Promo Tool and others to be developed.
* Generate discounts strategy on every sales channel, controlling and evaluating every activity.
* Leads the analysis of D&A investment in every sales channel and customer in order to find profitability opportunities and recommendations to improve the net revenue.
* Approval D&A investment vs target & escalate out of guardrial promos.
* Responsible of report and give monthly visibility of promotional agenda to finance and sales.
Qualifications

* Bachelor in Business / Engineering / Economy or correlate.
* Capability to work with cross-functional teams.
* Highly analytical.
* Leadership ability.
* Highly social abilities like verbal and written communications to influence from sales to senior leaders.
