Job Description:
Asistente de Medio Ambiente (Obra)
* Asegurar el cumplimiento ambiental integral del proyecto durante construcción y comisionamiento, mediante la planificación, control y mejora continua de la gestión ambiental. El rol es clave para prevenir impactos, evitar incumplimientos normativos y garantizar trazabilidad ante mandante y autoridades, bajo estándares ISO 14001 y lineamientos corporativos.
Funciones clave
* Implementar y controlar el Plan de Manejo Ambiental (PMA) por actividad.
* Asegurar cumplimiento legal y contractual, con respaldo documental verificable.
* Gestionar residuos (incluidos peligrosos) bajo jerarquía: prevenir-reutilizar-reciclar-valorizar-eliminar.
* Controlar polvo, ruido y emisiones, aplicando medidas y monitoreo.
Impacto en el proyecto
* Seguridad y salud: reduce exposición a riesgos ambientales.
* Calidad: evita observaciones y no conformidades.
* Plazos: previene detenciones y reprocesos.
* Costos: disminuye sanciones y gestiones reactivas.
Requisitos del cargo
Formación:
* Ingeniería Ambiental, Recursos Naturales, Construcción con especialización ambiental o similar (técnico superior con experiencia también válido).
Experiencia (deseable):
* En obras con exigencia ambiental (residuos, polvo, ruido, sustancias, auditorías y relación con stakeholders).
Conocimientos técnicos:
* Gestión ambiental en obra y normativa aplicable.
* Manejo de residuos y sustancias peligrosas.
* Control de emisiones y ruido.
* Gestión de incidentes ambientales.
Herramientas:
* Excel, Word, PowerPoint avanzado.
* Gestión documental (SharePoint u otros).
* Deseable: Power BI, AutoCAD/BIM.
Certificaciones (deseable):
* Manejo de residuos peligrosos.
* Sustancias peligrosas (HDS).
* Auditor interno ISO 14001.
