You'll partner with data science, engineering, pricing, and business stakeholders to turn complex data into clear, explainable recommendations that improve pricing strategy and customer outcomes. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

* Support the development and implementation of statistical, machine learning, and AI models to improve product development, pricing strategies, and customer experiences.
* Contribute to the design, refinement, and continuous improvement of rule based and analytical decision support logic used in pricing and commercial processes.
* Stay abreast of relevant research and industry developments and help the team prototype and evaluate new data science and AI techniques, including responsible use of generative AI where appropriate.
* Collaborate closely with cross functional teams (data science, data engineering, pricing, and business partners) to identify opportunities where analytics and AI can deliver measurable value.
* Partner with pricing, sales, and business stakeholders to translate commercial policies, objectives, and constraints into analytically sound and explainable solutions.
* Analyze historical and transactional data to calibrate recommendations, validate outcomes, identify edge cases, and assess business impact across markets.
* Communicate findings, recommendations, and tradeoffs through clear documentation, presentations, and visualizations, tailoring insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Follow established practices for data privacy, security, and responsible AI; proactively raise risks, assumptions, and questions and partner with the team to address them.

Who You Are:
You are a proficient problem-solver, displaying a strong sense of curiosity and possessing a solid grasp of statistical methods and data manipulation. You thrive on finding patterns in complex data and are eager to learn new technologies and security concepts. You're also a superb communicator who can explain technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences

For This Role, You Will Need:

* 1-3 years of relevant experience (including internships, co ops, or academic projects) applying statistics and Python to real world datasets.
* Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field required, master's degree a plus.
* Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
* Hands on knowledge of applied statistics and experimentation (e.g., hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, A/B testing) and core machine learning concepts (e.g., classification, regression, model evaluation).
* Proficiency in Python for data analysis (pandas, NumPy) and working knowledge of SQL for querying data.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

* Familiarity with data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
* Experience with Git, Docker, or cloud platforms (Azure preferred) is a plus, but not required.
