The Opportunity
Structural Heart Territory Manager CEE (TAVI) - Zagreb, Croatia
The Territory Manager (TM) will drive the development and adoption of Structural Heart therapies across Croatia and the broader CEE region. This role combines clinical expertise, commercial responsibility, and stakeholder engagement to expand access to innovative TAVI solutions.

What You'll Do
Key Responsibilities
* Manage key accounts and build strong KOL networks
* Provide clinical and technical support during TAVI procedures
* Deliver training to healthcare professionals and cath lab teams
* Identify new market opportunities and support therapy expansion
* Collaborate with distributors and regional leadership
* Support patient selection and clinical workflows
* Share latest clinical data and therapy developments

Required Qualifications & Background
* Degree in life sciences or related discipline preferred
* Experience in TAVI, interventional cardiology, or cath lab environment
* Strong clinical training and technical support capabilities
* Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
* Commercial awareness and results-driven mindset
* Strong analytical and organizational skills
Additional Requirements
* Fluency in English and Croatian
* Willingness to travel extensively within the region
* Ability to work in clinical procedure environments
* Valid driving license
