Here in Regulatory Affairs Documentation Department, we collect all the needed regulatory information concerning our products into documents for dsm-(COMPANY NAME) customers, so they comply with applicable legislation worldwide.
As a documentation department you'll get to know all dsm-(COMPANY NAME) products related documents and get familiar with several requirements and questionnaires from our customers.

Your key responsibilities
* Provide administrative and coordination support to the Documentation team;
* Generate standard documentation ensuring high-quality standards are followed;
* Use in-house data management systems to prepare standard documentation;
* Follow and prepare Standard Operational Procedures;
* Participate in Projects under Administration RA Documentation team responsibility;
* Supervise and coordinate Administration Assistants on customers' requests distribution to RA Documentation teams.

You bring
* Bachelor degree and above in one of the following areas: Administration, Data and Documents Management, Project Management or similar.
* 1 year of experience in similar roles.
* Good written and oral communication in English.
* Advanced user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, IS tools);
* Sense of time and work management, fast-learning and trust-building skills;
* Organized, service and data-oriented person with sharp attention to detail;
* Strong sense of team spirit and effective communication skills;
* Sense of adaptability in work environment, and flexibility to support Business needs and to work during bank holidays.
