Hello!
At (COMPANY NAME) we're looking for a new Payroll Consultant to join our Payroll Customer Experience French Team and help us boost the company to the next level.

The Role
Being a crucial part of Product, the team is responsible for onboarding new clients, implementing and ensuring the usage of the platform to its fullest, and gathering customers' feedback.
Payroll is a key and core functionality and we want to forge a team of experts, so we can engage and deliver the best and most consultative experience to our current and potential customers.
One of your greatest challenges will be to make sure our product can be fully adapted to the client's needs. This requires you to perfectly understand their processes and problems and detect possible improvements and opportunities in the product.

What will you be doing:
* Onboard our new French customers by assisting them via video call and e-mail until (COMPANY NAME) is fully implemented in their organization.
* Bring a consultative approach to customers to ensure a fully customized experience setting up their accounts.
* Understand our client's problems and needs, we convert problems into solutions and gather their feedback.
* Share improvement points that can help us create the best customer journey and unlock the market.

Your Profile
* French expert speaker and professional English.
* Proactive: you will need to find the best way to ensure your accounts are fully activated and that clients have the best experience implementing (COMPANY NAME)
* Fast Learner: you can quickly become an expert on the software and it's easy for you to keep up-to-date with product updates
* Problem-solving mindset: the ability to propose alternative solutions and workarounds to answer unexpected requests from clients
* Good sense of analysis: while onboarding our clients, you will have to understand the specificities of the market and translate this knowledge into information that can be used by the Product team to further improve our solution
* Previous experience Onboarding customers or in other Customer related roles. But don't hesitate, with attitude it's just about learning, isn't it?
* Knowledge of Human Resources is a plus!
* Knowledge of Payroll softwares such as Silae, Sage, Cegid, Pégase, others is a big plus!
