The BOSS store in Cannes Antibes is looking for its future Assistant Store Manager (full-time, permanent contract).

Your responsibilities
* Coach, develop, and provide product training to team members
* Monitor performance and implement action plans to achieve both individual and collective targets
* Manage stock levels and all merchandise movements
* Ensure that visual merchandising guidelines and standards are consistently applied
* Act as a brand ambassador for HUGO BOSS within the sales team
* Demonstrate strong leadership skills

Your profile:

BE YOUR OWN BOSS
* Successful experience in a similar role within premium menswear (including team supervision, training, and coaching)
* Strong knowledge of the brand and alignment with the Group's values
* Passion for fashion, sales, and performance
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to be flexible and adapt to business needs
* Strong willingness to learn and continuously improve
* Fluency in French and a working knowledge of English are required.
