Join Our Global Finance Team: Financial Controller Position (CPA) in Real Estate!

The Role Includes:

* Global Reporting: Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to the company's executive management.
* Budget Control: Performing monthly budget vs. actual analysis and analyzing deviations. Updating and setting up budgets in the system.
* Professional Oversight: Providing professional supervision and guidance to the bookkeeping team.
* Revenue & Expense Integrity: Monitoring and controlling the completeness of all revenues and expenses, and following up on customer collections.

Our Requirements:

* Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA certification is a must).
* Experience: 1-2 years of post-internship experience is highly advantageous, preferably from a Big4 firm. (We will consider outstanding candidates right after their CPA internship).
* Language: Very high level of English (speaking, writing, and reading) - a mandatory requirement for working in our global setting.
* Technical Skills: High proficiency in Excel. Knowledge of Priority ERP system - a significant advantage.
* Key Traits: Strong analytical abilities, high work efficiency, accuracy, and the capability to work independently in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment both locally and internationally
