Descripción del puesto:
Position Description:
We are recruiting a Talent Acquisition Specialist to take ownership of recruitment activities across our Luxembourg scope.
This role is intended for someone with solid recruitment experience, able to manage priorities, work directly with managers and senior stakeholders, and lead an end-to-end recruitment process with minimal supervision.
Here, you will not simply receive briefs to execute. You will take ownership of a scope, structure your activity, move recruitments forward, and also play a role in the internship campaign and campus relations.
You will be the only recruiter based in Luxembourg for this scope. The other recruiters in the business unit are based remotely and cover different areas. This requires autonomy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with the managers you recruit for.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
You will be involved in the full recruitment cycle, from needs assessment through to closing.
More specifically, this means:
* gathering and defining hiring needs with managers;
* challenging briefs when necessary;
* defining the most appropriate sourcing strategy depending on the profile;
* writing and publishing job advertisements;
* processing incoming applications;
* proactively approaching candidates directly;
* conducting HR screening interviews;
* coordinating technical and operational interviews with managers and technical leads;
* leading the weekly meeting with managers and vice presidents, helping to prioritize, follow up on, and arbitrate ongoing applications;
* tracking applications in the internal ATS;
* preparing and sending salary offers following manager approval;
* coordinating with the HR assistant on contracts and onboarding.
You will also be involved in matters related to the internship campaign, representing around ten intern hires per year:
* coordinating the campaign with the Country Manager;
* anticipating hiring needs with managers;
* collecting internship openings;
* publishing advertisements;
* processing applications;
* conducting HR screenings and sending assessments;
* presenting candidates to managers;
* monitoring interview organization;
* formalizing internship offers;
* coordinating with the HR assistant on internship agreements and onboarding;
* tracking the conversion of internships into permanent contracts and presenting a summary to managers and leadership.
Tools: internal ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, SharePoint, MS Office, LLM.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Must-have requirements
* at least 3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience;
* ability to source and approach candidates, not just manage inbound applications;
* good understanding of IT roles;
* ability to manage several recruitments in parallel and prioritize effectively;
* ability to work with demanding managers and senior stakeholders;
* French at a minimum C1 level;
* English at B2/C1 level, with the ability to conduct interviews and interact professionally in this language.
Nice to have
* knowledge of the Luxembourg market;
* experience in an IT services company or a recruitment agency;
* experience or strong interest in campus relations / university partnerships;
* ability to monitor market trends and upskill independently.
Recruitment Process
* An initial discussion with our Head of Recruitment (Peter Bujalka).
* A second interview with the Luxembourg Country Manager (Guillaume Schott) and our HRVP (Veronika Wiren).
* Salary offer.
Did you recognized yourself, at least partly ? Then we might have room for discussion, so apply and let's talk !
You can contact Peter Bujalka (peter.bujalka@cgi.com) directly if you have questions regarding this opportunity.
