About the position:

We have the perfect opportunity for an experienced Transportation Analyst. The role will report into the GCC Transportation Manager (Global Capability Center). This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where the successful candidate must demonstrate a strong ownership mindset, be ready to drive execution directly, and act as a problem solver.

This role supports Transportation & Logistics execution by tracking performance and identifying opportunities to improve service and cost. You'll own recurring KPI reporting and dashboards, monitor trends against internal targets, and investigate variances to surface root causes and actionable insights. You'll partner closely with Business Unit and GBS stakeholders to translate findings into practical recommendations, support issue resolution with strong follow-through, and help drive continuous improvement initiatives. You'll also support carrier performance management by tracking service and cost drivers, escalating risks, and maintaining accurate documentation to enable timely decisions and operational stability.

In brief, you will be responsible for:

* All Transportation Execution processes across regional distribution POD's

* Daily monitoring and triage of TMS queries to ensure orders are optimized, exceptions are resolved quickly, and shipments move on time

* Daily monitoring of queries via TMS, ensuring orders are optimized & shipped on time

* Facilitate communications/coordination between internal customer groups and external carrier contacts to ensure attainment of service level objectives

* Monitor data flows between ERP system, TMS, and WMS systems to ensure synchronization for successful transportation execution

* Identify Gaps in transportation capacity and initiate accurate measures with Transportation Capacity Planning team.

* Daily interaction with off-site carriers and on-site carrier partners to resolve service and capacity issues with critical issues to management as needed.

* Identify opportunities across Transportation network & activities to enable service & cost improvement

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Engineering, Business, or a related field

* 1+ year of Transportation & Logistics experience, ideally in FMCG with increasing scope and ownership

* Strong knowledge of transportation execution and upstream/downstream dependencies (planning, customer/service impacts, warehouse interfaces)

* Proficiency in transportation systems and visibility tools (TMS, OTM, SAP, 4Kites), with the ability to troubleshoot data/process issues across ERP/TMS/WMS flows

* Demonstrated ability to create continuous improvement and operational excellence using data (e.g., root cause analysis, KPI tracking, standard work), with clear examples of cost, service, or productivity impact

* Strong stakeholder communication skills, including influencing business partners and driving alignment across carriers, customer groups, and internal teams.

* C1 English level
