Overview

CAREERS TO SMILE ABOUT

At PepsiCo, you'll discover a place where our mission is to create smiles around the world. With a portfolio of more than 500 beloved brands including, Gatorade, Lay's and Quaker, our work touches millions of people every day.

At the heart of the company is a team of thinkers, creators, and problem-solvers who collaborate to innovate and turn ideas into action. Driven by innovation and a focus on creating joyful moments through food and drinks, our decisions are guided by consumer centricity, creating opportunities for our associates to do meaningful work and make a lasting impact in the communities we serve.

Whatever your role, you'll be part of a global community that values your ideas and empowers you to make an impact, on your career and on the world around you.
Responsibilities

The Opportunity

PepsiCo strategy includes focused efforts to digitalize the company and build capabilities across the company. These capabilities are: Innovate/Market, Plan, Make, Sell and Deliver. Inside the Plan capability, one of the main enablers is Mosaic.
Mosaic is a global, integrated, and predictive planning tool aligned to the FP&A module of PepsiCo's Global Template that is currently operating in certain OUs (Europe, AMESA, APAC, North America and LATAM) and will be rolled-out across all sectors. For the Mosaic rollout to succeed, a support organization is required to assist planners, ensuring end-user satisfaction and the operational consistency of the Mosaic ecosystem
The TM1 Analyst will ensure the continuous stability, correction, and enhancement of the Mosaic processes and tools (IBM Planning Analytics, Data Lake). Furthermore, the role acts as the primary point of contact for end users regarding technical, functional, and process-related questions. Providing a robust support and sustainment model is critical to driving internal adoption and enabling disruption-free financial capabilities for senior management and PepsiCo shareholders.
This role is part of the MCC organization supporting the North America Beverages and Foods planning finance teams. Given the team structure and deployment roadmap, the incumbent will need to be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently virtually with the broader organization. This position will interact with a diverse group of stakeholders including BU FP&A teams, Mosaic /Function leads, North America Planning Center teams, and IT Sustain team.

Your Impact

As TM1 Finance Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:

* Support core financial planning processes (Month-end closing, Forecast, AOP, etc.) through right inputs into the tools and resolution of issues in order to enable proper submissions. Ensuring timely submission along with opportunity for automation, digitalization and streamlining of current processes
* Work closely with finance and non-finance stakeholders (Data Scientists, Sales Finance, Supply Chain Finance, FP&A, Control, etc.), supporting and ensuring a robust and working solution across Mosaic North America.
* Act as Subject Matter Expert on any topic related to Mosaic - first line of defense in front of end-users.
* Work closely with the IT/consulting houses/Data scientists to test the system as it is being developed.
* Escalate issues as they arise to the IT and Business design team - coordinate action plans in response to findings and ensure timely resolution.
* Ensure linkages and consistency across tools (e.g. Mosaic TM1 & Cockpit, Mosaic TM1 & AI) along with master data connections are mapped
* Support training agenda by maintaining and updating training documentation and delivering training sessions based on the specific needs of the market
