Process Specialist

Job Title: HR Process Specialist - Especialista de procesos de RH
Location: Insurgentes Sur , CDMX.
Department: HR - People Services
Reports To: People Services Lead

Mandatory:
* Graduate - BA or equivalent.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Administration process.
* Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish.
* Knowledge of HR policies, procedures and employment laws
* Results and deadline driven.
* Proficient in HR platforms (Service Now, Workday etc). Nice to have:
* Workday and Service Now Experience.
Key responsibilities:
* Process & do quality checks on HR transactions which may include:
* New hires
* Employment data changes
* Terminations/Retirements
* Earnings/deduction transactions
* Resolve and handle tier 2 & 3 transactional and administrative issues relating to areas such as leave administration, wage statements, unemployment claims, benefits administration etc. through comprehensive and accurate research within commitment guidelines
* Identify trends and high-volume inquiries that may indicate corporate-wide issues; get the team prepared to handle such high volumes at times
* Escalate non-transactional, production, or interpretative policy issues promptly and according to established protocols
* Maintain & report on service level agreements
* Evaluated the adequacy of current programs and recommended plan design changes and the addition of new plans.
* Supervised legal, financial and procedural activities.
* Train and develop team members
* Provide both positive and negative feedback to team members
* Respond to escalated issues from associates, HR professionals, and HR managers
