The role is part of the D&AI capability within the BI & Reporting function . It supports the Commercial Sales agenda for PepsiCo Turkish business. Person in the role is responsible for evaluating, analyzing and reporting the main information related to sales performance and execution on all channels, customers and distributors as well as it is responsible for ensuring that provided data is delivered on time (SLAs) and with agreed quality (First Time Right). Additionally, role is providing commercial sales team with various insights reports and analysis as well as works on improving and automating current processes.
Responsibilities

* Collect, clean and consolidate internal and external data from multiple sources
* Analyze sales performance by channel, customer and distributor across KPIs: volume, net revenue and NR realization
* Track and analyze pricing at SKU and customer level
* Maintain and update data repositories, dashboards and analysis databases
* Develop daily, monthly, quarterly, annual performance reports and fulfill ad-hoc analyses for key account plans
* Evaluate and report trade promotions and event performance, including ROI and profitability
* Analyze category dynamics, market trends and patterns to identify opportunities and risks
* Prepare materials for template selling decks (product info, initiatives, plans, KPIs)
* Build and maintain visual dashboards
* Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for commercial stakeholders
* Track and analyze customer initiatives and annual projects
* Coordinate with other teams to resolve customer business issues and implement plans
Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree Business administration, Economics or similar
* Fluent Turkish language is a must
* Proficiency and fluency in English
* Previous exposure to similar role in FMCG is a plus

Abilities:
* Strong Microsoft Office package knowledge is mandatory with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel
* Knowledge of PowerBI, VBA, SQL
* Very good analytical skills and numeric skills, with the ability to pull and work with large data
* Knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps, LEAN, KANBAN is a plus
* Previous work experience with databases is a plus
* Understanding of data storytelling concept and principles supported by solid communication skills
* Ability to work in flexible and dynamic environments
* Excellent organization and prioritization skills
* Self-learner, willingness to develop skills according to role requirements
* Ability to drive projects that will improve efficiency and accuracy of the current scope

* Results oriented, team player with positive, can-do attitude
