What You'll Do
We are seeking a qualified candidate to join our HR Services Team in Warsaw as a Working Student. In this role, you will provide essential support for the day-to-day work of the team, help keep HR documentation and data in order, and offer administrative assistance across the employee and contractor lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include:
* Support the administration of civil law contracts (umowa zlecenie).
* Maintain and update employee and contractor records in HR systems.
* Ensure HR documentation is complete, accurate, and filed in line with internal procedures.
* Support HR Operations with simple day-to-day administrative tasks.
* Communicate with employees and contractors regarding routine HR administrative matters.
This position is concluded for an initial period of 6 months, with an expected availability of 10-15 hours per week. Working hours are flexible and can be arranged around your university schedule. The role is performed on-site from our Warsaw office.

You provide reliable administrative support to the HR Services team throughout the entire employee and contractor lifecycle and feel confident handling a wide range of HR-related tasks. You enjoy preparing, printing, and filing documents such as civil law contracts, certificates, and confirmation letters, and you keep personnel files and system records accurate and up to date. You are also eager to collaborate with internal stakeholders across different business units and contribute to smooth and efficient processes.

What You'll Bring
* You are currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program.
* You've gained previous professional experience, ideally including internships or working student roles, with a focus on tasks requiring strong organizational skills.
* You have a keen interest in human resources and management consulting.
* You're able to learn quickly, pay meticulous attention to detail, and adapt to rapidly changing circumstances.
* You're proficient at multitasking and operating effectively under time constraints.
* Strong self-organization and time management abilities round out your profile.
* You have exceptional problem-solving skills, combined with a pragmatic mindset.
* You have a proactive way of working with high quality standards.
* Your interpersonal skills are outstanding.
* You are proficient in MS Office applications.
* Finally, you have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Polish and English.
