For the efficient transportation of passengers and goods, we combine specialization in automation and electrification by road and rail, rail vehicles, turnkey systems, consulting and consumer services.

We are looking for a People & Organization Trainee to join our team!

As a People & Organization Trainee, your main activities will be:

* Assisting People & Organization processes across different HR areas, gaining new responsibilities throughout your internship;
* Scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers;
* Supporting administrative activities related to employee lifecycle processes;
* To create talent pipelines for current and future hires;
* You will learn to use our ATS system to its full potential;
* Searching & Interacting with potential candidates on professional networks and social media;
* You will be part of the onboarding of new employees, where you will share important information and guide them during the beginning of their journey;
* Supporting the preparation and organization of HR documentation and reports;
* Collaborating in employer branding, employee engagement and university relations initiatives;
* Providing general administrative support to the People & Organization team.

Your Profile:

* Bachelor or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field;
* Proficient level of both Portuguese and English language;
* Strong organizational capabilities;
* Agile approach and goal oriented;
* Collaboration and team development skills.
