As an Assistant Brand Manager (Temporary 6 months), we are looking for a motivated profile to support the Fortimel brand team in driving growth across healthcare and pharmacy channels.
Key objectives include:
* Support the development and execution of the Fortimel brand strategy at local level, ensuring alignment with global guidelines and local business priorities.
* Contribute to brand growth by supporting initiatives that drive awareness, consideration and recommendation, particularly within HCP and pharmacy channels.
* Assist in the implementation of activation plans (HCP, pharmacy, patient) ensuring strong execution and compliance.
* Track and analyse brand performance (sales, market share, campaign KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
* Ensure strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Medical, Finance and external agencies.
* Contribute to the development of effective, compliant and insight-based marketing materials for HCP engagement.

* Bring 1–2 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in FMCG, healthcare, pharma or nutrition.
* Degree in Marketing, Management, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Nutrition or similar.
* Analytical mindset with ability to work with data and derive insights.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Proactive, hands-on and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
* Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
