Overview This is a brand-new role, created for someone who wants to shape how resourcing really works in a modern agency. You won't be stepping into a pre-set model. Responsibilities What you'll be doing Building and leading a central resourcing approach across our agencies, with the freedom to design what "good" looks like Setting clear ways of working that help teams get the right people, at the right time, without burning anyone out Being the go-to person for tricky resourcing calls, balancing client needs, team wellbeing and commercial reality Working closely with agency leaders, finance and talent to plan, not just react Spotting gaps early and suggesting smart solutions, whether that's moving people, upskilling, hiring or using partners Using data and insight to tell a clear story about capacity, risk and opportunity Leading and developing a strong resourcing team, giving them clarity, confidence and room to grow Why this role is different It's new.
