MSK Team Manager
Five days per week on site - Milton Keynes, MK7 7PB

Salary - £37,000 + excellent benefits

Role Overview
The MSK Team Manager will provide operational management to a team of MSK Therapists and Physicians, working collaboratively with other members of the management and leadership team to ensure provision of high standards of clinical practice and customer service, while contributing to the achievement of key strategic objectives.
You'll help us make health happen by:
* Providing operational line management to the MSK clinicians within your centre, ensuring staff feel sufficiently supported to complete their roles.
* Working with the Centre Manager to drive customer improvement plans within the MSK service line.
* Encouraging learning and development in your MSK team, including CPD and training according to individual development needs and aspirations.
* Mentoring and discussing operational performance with your MSK team as individuals.
* Managing the self-employed MSK clinicians within your centre, assisting with diary management, invoicing, etc.
* Ensuring compliance by the MSK clinicians with all clinical and performance policies, procedures and protocols issued by Bupa. Manage poor performance, liaising with the relevant parties where appropriate.
* Having a thorough understanding of overall Bupa and MSK financial targets and support the Centre Manager to achieve these.
* Effectively managing the clinician diaries to ensure maximum utilisation.
