* Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and support high-quality healthcare delivery
* Work closely with business and technology teams to deliver against strategic goals
* Translate business needs into practical technology solutions and product backlogs
* Balance short-term delivery needs with long-term strategy and simplification
* Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
* Communicate technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
* Engage with governance processes to ensure solutions meet standards and controls

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
* Proven experience as a Solution Architect, within an architecture role
