Job Description

* Coordinate the recruitment and selection process for interns, including advertising positions, screening applications, conducting interviews, and making offers
* Liaise with tertiary institutions to promote internship opportunities and establish partnerships
* Collaborate with hiring managers to identify internship projects and assignments that align with interns' skills and career goals
* Support interns throughout their internship by providing guidance, feedback, and opportunities for skill development
* Monitor and evaluate interns' progress, ensuring they are meeting performance expectations and addressing any issues that may arise
* Provide support in the implementation of HR strategy and execution of supporting programs
* Participate in process improvement projects and other talent acquisition initiatives
