Engineering Leadership Development Program
We're seeking passionate and ambitious civil, structural, or mechanical engineers to join our Hilti Engineering Leadership Development Program - a unique, fast-track management journey. You'll gain international exposure, take on real responsibilities from day one, and develop the skills to become a future leader within Hilti's global organization.

What You'll Bring
Master's degree-Civil, Structural or Mechanical Engineering.
Fluent in English and local language, other languages are a plus.
International experience through studies, internships, or initial work experience.
Driving licence.
