Job Title: Graduate Support - Enablement Specialist, Associate
Location: Bangalore, India

Role Description
* The Graduate Support Enablement team is responsible for all centrally managed aspects of the Deutsche Bank Graduate Training programmes.
* You will project manage all transactional aspects of the training lifecycle.
* You will be responsible for the planning and co-ordination of centrally managed programs. You will liaise with the wider Graduate team globally to cover tasks such as vendor scheduling, budgets.

Your key responsibilities
* Plan and schedule project tasks to ensure timely delivery of graduate training programmes
* Assist in managing vendor relationships
* Manage the invoice process for training
* Create project related quality reports, PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets
* Assist in answering training queries
* Continuous ongoing improvement of Enablement processes
* Work in partnership with regional teams to execute delivery in global locations
* Management of rotation and final placements including matching of area and graduate profiles

Your skills and experience

You will have:
* Excellent project management skills including the ability to prioritize key tasks and deliverables together with Divisional and Regional leads
* Experience in Cost and Risk Management
* Knowledge of business services or professional services experience in a global context
* Commercial experience of operating in different markets or cultures (an advantage but not critical)
* Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills
* A track record of executing in time pressured environment
* Problem solving skills
* A professional and proactive approach
* The ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment
* Graduate Program Management/Training Exposure (an advantage but not critical)
