Graduate Trainee - Workplace Experience Associate
Location: The Client at Powai, Mumbai

Responsibilities

* Assist with reception, meeting/event setup, hospitality, mailroom, and helpdesk services, learning to support operational excellence in line with contract and brand standards.
* Support the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workplace programs, focusing on safety, quality, and positive experiences for clients and employees.
* Shadow and learn from senior team members in service delivery, grooming, compliance, and stakeholder engagement.
* Collaborate with vendors, event partners, and catering teams to understand seamless service delivery and process improvements.
* Help to collect and track employee/visitor feedback and service metrics; observe escalation handling and resolution processes.
* Attend client meetings, feedback sessions, and workshops to gain exposure to enhancing workplace experience and promoting innovation.
* Assist in maintaining documentation for service activities, events, feedback, and compliance matters under guidance.
* Learn about workplace technology and market trends; support digital tool adoption and process improvement initiatives.
* Work alongside The Client at Powai and JLL teams to gain experience in delivering solutions that improve engagement, productivity, and workplace satisfaction.
* Contribute to a culture of hospitality, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Required Experience & Skills

* Bachelor's degree (recent graduate or final-year student welcome).
* Strong interest in workplace, hospitality, or facilities operations.
* Effective communication and willingness to learn client-facing skills.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office; openness to learning FM systems.
* Positive attitude, integrity, initiative, and collaborative mindset.
