Your tasks
Whether it's a mandatory or voluntary internship - As an intern (m/f/d), you will definitely benefit from attractive remuneration and will support the team in the Group Leadership & Executive area with the following tasks from 15.06.2026:

* Active participation in core executive management processes (e.g. placement, onboarding, performance management)
* Independent preparation and preparation of KPI reports with strategic and operational control parameters
* Independent preparation of presentations, evaluations, analyses and project documentation

Your profile
You are studying economics, (economic) psychology, with a focus on human resources, or a comparable course of study or are in a gap year.

You also have the following knowledge and skills:

* First practical experience in human resources, e.g. through previous internships, is an advantage
* A high level of teamwork, communication skills and creativity
* An independent, responsible and motivated way of working
* Safe use of MS Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
* Very good German and English skills

This position is also available on a part-time basis.

Severely disabled people are given priority if they are equally qualified.
