Your tasks
Whether it's a mandatory or voluntary internship - As an intern (m/f/d), you will definitely benefit from attractive remuneration and will support the team with the following responsible tasks from 01.08.2026:
* Support with recruiting and aptitude diagnostics issues in a global environment
* Collaboration in the development and implementation of concepts in the area of recruiting and diagnostics
* Support with employer branding measures and content creation for social media and internal platforms
* Involvement in the planning, organization and implementation of career events, workshops and webinars
* Support in personnel marketing through the development of creative and target group-oriented measures
* Preparation and preparation of dashboards, analyses and HR reports
* Preparation of presentations and communication documents for team and management
* Cooperation with various HR and marketing interfaces in day-to-day operations
Your profile
Ideally, you are studying economics, psychology, communication studies, a comparable course of study or are in a gap year. You also have the following knowledge and skills:
* First practical experience in human resources, recruiting, employer branding or any of the above topics, e.g. through previous internships or student projects
* Creativity and communication skills to create appealing content for employer branding and personnel marketing
* Organizational skills as well as an independent and structured way of working
* Affinity for digital platforms and IT-based processes
* Fluent written and spoken German and English
This position is also available on a part-time basis.
