Job Description:
强生眼力健 - 商务运营部实习生（上海）
工作职责：
1. 处理各类销售合同，包括文件准备、盖章、归档及快递寄送等工作。
2. 核对并建立 Apex 付款账号相关材料。
3. 负责讲者劳务费 CR 单申请及极速报系统数据维护。
4. 协助处理部分数据类工作，包括考核数据清理和抽查等。
职位要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，行政管理、工商管理等相关专业优先。
2. 有运营/行政相关实习经验者优先。
3. 具备良好的沟通能力、细节处理能力、耐心负责。
4. 每周至少工作 3 天，实习期不少于 6 个月。

JJSV - COS Intern - Shanghai
Job Responsibilities:
1. Handle various sales contract processes, including document preparation, stamping, filing, and courier arrangements.
2. Verify and set up materials for Apex payment account creation.
3. Manage CR requests for speaker service fees and maintain data in the JisuBao system.
4. Assist with data-related tasks, such as performance data cleaning and spot checks.
Position Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majors in Business Administration, Administrative Management, or related fields preferred.
2. Prior internship experience in operations or administrative roles is a plus.
3. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a responsible, patient attitude.
4. At least 3 working days per week for a minimum of 6 months.
